Being able to effectively communicate your data to an audience is a necessary part of any project. This workshop will investigate how to harness visualization tools to tell a story . We will discuss how different types of graphs and charts are perceived and how they can be used to answer different questions. Tableau Public is a free data visualization tool. You can create interactive graphs, dashboards, maps and tables from virtually any data.

Workshop preparation: Participants may choose to create a free Tableau account in order to save their work.

This workshop is part of our Dealing with Data Series.
