This multi-part workshop series guides registrants through conception, refinement, and production of their very own, one-of-a-kind board game. Utilize Open Lab technology (laser cutter/engraver, 3D printers, and vinyl cutter) to create a game board, pieces, cards, and other elements. All resources are free.
 
Note: This is a multi-part series. Registrants are encouraged to attend each session for full impact. Individual session attendance is also welcome.
 
Objectives:
By the end of this workshop series, attendees should be able to:
*explain the basic principles of game design
*use Open Lab equipment to conceptualize a board game
*use Open Lab equipment to design board game components
*use Open Lab equipment to create a board game
*demonstrate the learning objectives for approved users of relevant equipment
 
Session 5:

Objectives:
By the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
*reflect upon what they’ve learned over the course of the workshop
*analyze their design and identify areas that could be improved
