Federal Funding: Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative: Tuesday, November 14, 2017

The United States Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors basic and fundamental research across an array of disciplinary areas at academic institutions. Researchers may gain a competitive edge when applying to prestigious annual programs like the Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) through advance planning and connecting with appropriate program officers. This workshop provides history and insights into the MURI program and will act as a starting point for interested researchers to strategize a competitive concept paper.

Join federal funding experts from the McAllister & Quinn consulting firm for a web-based, in-depth analysis of the MURI program on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 (12 noon) at the Office of Research- Meeting Room A. Please complete this brief (3 question) survey before the session; contact Ryan Champagne (rkc12@pitt.edu) with questions regarding this event.
