Please join us for a reading of scenes from a new, in-process play inspired by The August Wilson Archive and written by August Wilson Archive Community Artist Scholar and Playwright a.k. payne, MFA. This play derived from a.k.'s research within The August Wilson Archive and will feature characters and themes from some of August Wilson's written works. This event will feature a live play reading directed by Charlese Dawson and will star local actors. Bring your family, and friends for this one-night performance. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Date: Friday, July 11, 2025, from 6:00pm-7:00pm (Performance and talkback), with a reception to follow.
