Intro to 3D Scanning (On Campus)

This interactive workshop will cover the basics of 3D scanning and model editing. Participants will gain the necessary skills in the use of the Open Lab’s 3D scanner, as well as an understanding of the requirements for both digital and physical output.

Pitt is an eduroam service provider. You can check to see if your home institution supports using eduroam at remote sites here: https://www.eduroam.us/institutions_list. Your institution must be an “IdP” (Identity Provider) to allow you eduroamaccess. UPMC and CMU are both IdP's. Select the eduroam network from your Wi-Fi list.
- Log in using your university email address (including @institution.edu) and password. (CMU affiliates: use @andrew address.)
- Accept the server's certificate, if prompted.
