In the third installment of Pitt’s CAREER faculty training series, we will provide a deep dive into an important part of any NSF application: the project summary. We will provide examples from successful proposals and provide some tips on how to craft a compelling project summary, what information to incorporate, and how to stand out.

The focus of the session has broad application beyond the NSF CAREER program: crafting a concise, one-page overview of a project helps to open conversations with program officers/managers at any agency or foundation.
